Polk City Government Center
As a General Contractor, Everett Whitehead & Son, Inc. was awarded the contract to construct the new Polk City Government Center. We were awarded this contract based on our competitive pricing. We attribute this to a great group of very competent subcontractors that are highly qualified and economical minded and which we have worked with for many years.This is a multi-use building used by the City to house City Hall, Polk City Police Department, Public Works Department and the Polk City Building Department. This project was completed on time and under budget.
